Learning Outcomes

  1. Explore the basic components of a project management strategy.
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of the challenges and opportunities of different stakeholders at all levels in a project.
  3. Identify possible resources and allocate limited resources for effective project implementation.
  4. Recognize the possibility of failure in the project life cycle, work to avoid it, and learn from it should failure occur.
  5. Real-World Understanding of Complexities: Students will enhance their understanding of the complexities and challenges of real-world concerns and their creative capacity to address them. (CCX LO1)
