TOPICS: ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY in Spring 2025 (PY2091)

This course provides an introductory overview of organizational psychology, the study of human behavior in organizations and the workplace. Topics such as leadership, diversity, ethics, team dynamics, and recruitment will be reviewed. Students will analyze case studies via real-world organizational scenarios and literary texts, encouraging recognition, knowledge and application of organizational psychology in both professional and personal avenues of life. This course can fulfil a fundamental psychology requirement, although a substitution request is required.
